Keep in mind that I am not speaking of guys who cheat on their wives or girlfriends. Single males who date a lot of different women consecutively or concurrently are usually pretty open about it. I cannot think of a single case where a woman I know did not know that the guy that she was seeing was seeing other women. You are not going to wake up one day and find out that some guy that you are casually dating is casually dating three other women.
