I am a single man and I do not understand women... at all. However that has not stopped me from trying to understand women. I have read dating books cover to cover and cannot seem to get a relationship to stick. Then I started to notice that the single women in my life, be they girlfriends or simply girl friends, had self-help dating books on their shelves. I started looking into these books and they broke down into 2 categories. They were either written by some "bad boy" type or they were written by women. The one thing that they did have in common is that they could not be generalized to the single male public at large.
That is my contention with this blog. To create a resource for women seeking to understand men... real men. I attempt to offer insights, guideposts if you will, into the male mind. I have taken observations that I have made from being online dating sites, talking with my friends, and/or popular culture, and put them into essay form that is hopefully entertaining and helpful.
This is a work in progress and not my full time vocation. There are going to be posts that will overlap in part or in full. There are topics that are not quite fleshed out yet. There will be topics that will completely escape my attention that I intended to put on the site, however I did not have access to the Internet to publish.
