There is a clear correlation between spending money and value. The nicer things in life cost more than the ordinary. What do you value more something that you got for free or something that you spend money on. Men are the same way. If they take you out to the best place that they can afford, then they are showing you that you are valued. If they do not take you some place nice because they are saving up for something then they value that something. That something make speak pretty loudly about your own value.
If a man is saving up for a house, then that house not only has financial value. It also shows that he values the woman that he will end sharing that house with him.
