This is true to an extent. Once he has cheated on you, chances are that he will cheat on you again. It is highly likely that he will again and again. Kicking him to the curb permanently is the only guarantee that he will not cheat on you again.
If however, he has cheated in the past and has not cheated on you, then there is a ray of hope. If a man really wants to change, then he will. You cannot make him. He has to decide this on his own.
Chances are that will there will be something in his life that causes him to change his spots. There is no set thing. Sometimes the thing that sets one man straight will cause another to cheat more.
