It is a common myth that women fall in love with their ears and men fall in love with their eyes. It is just not true. I can only attest to the men side of it.
First off, every man is different in what he finds visually pleasing. While physical beauty may elicit initial attraction, for a man to fall in love there has to be more.
Men fall in love at first sight based on visual cues for sure. What else do we have to go on? Men will fall out of love if those visual cues do not match up with her real personality.
A woman with a good personality will become more attractive to a man as he gets to know her. A woman with a bad personality will become less attractive to him.
It is Hollywood fiction that a man would stay with a woman just because she is physically attractive.
